    TalentFleX Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively recruiting an A/R Specialist for a client in the Dresher, PA area. This position requires knowledge in all aspects of AR and insurance idiosyncrasies.  Attention to detail, computer skills, knowledge of ICD10 and CPT codes a must, along with some medical billing experience. 


    • Brainstorms with fellow team mates regarding projects which includes identifying a date range, payer problems, state requirements, client and manager preferences for communication
    • Verifies RCM insurance client website working status; communicates with Supervisor for any updates required
    • Investigates claims using the A/R Analysis Report
    • Investigates claims isolating payer by payer with a chosen date range, identifying any repeated errors either on the client's behalf or ours
    • Checking the claim acknowledgements/status history for any errors (A3,A4,A6,A7,A8)
    • Correcting claims, and re-submitting those possible with a claim number
    • Verifying correct insurance information input  by the office, correct payor and mailing address
    • Utilizes RCM insurance client website to identify status of claims, eligibility and retrieval of explanation of benefits (EOB) when needed
    • Calls Insurance companies on specific claim problems
    • Report and discuss inconsistencies and/or discrepancies found during our claim search with Supervisor.
    • Updating personal knowledge of the changes within a website, within a client, within state regulations,etc
    • Knowledge of Navinet, Emdeon, Instamed and insurance companies is necessary.
    • Ability to maneuver between insurances and knowing where to look for the “missing” EOB’s.
    • Participates in professional/company development activities
    • Ensures strict confidentiality of client records
    • Meets routine deadlines and work schedules as well as timely and accurate completeness of special projects
    • Understand, support, enforce and comply with Company policies, procedures and Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct
    • Documents repetitive issues for corrective action
    • Maintains proficiency and level of knowledge with all systems required for task completion
    • Ensures compliance with all state and federal billing regulations and reports any suspected compliance issues to the respective Manager/Supervisor
    • Works with supervision, management and staff to improve processes, increase accuracy, create efficiencies and achieve the overall goals of the department
    • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned


    • Three to five years in AR experience.
    • Experience working in a billing service environment a plus
    • Experience in pediatric clinical settings a plus
    • Remains professional and courteous at all times
    • Constructive in a positive way
    • Knowledge of Insurance carrier payment policies, practices and amounts
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
    • Active listening, interpersonal written and oral communication skills needed
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws necessary
