    TalentFleX Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively recruiting a Payment Posting Specialist for a client in the Dresher, PA area. Attention to detail, computer skills, knowledge of ICD10 and CPT codes a must, along with Payment Posting experience and medical terminology. The Payment Posting Specialist is also responsible for training and re-training new and current employees and will help Supervisors/Manager of their daily work.


    • Retrieve and process all available Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs)
    • Send all secondary claims with proper documentation if needed
    • Match and post all adjudicated claims to patient’s accounts (Payments and denials)
    • Post all EOBs scanned in Non Patient directory
    • Post all EOBs faxed by client
    • Log into website or clearinghouse and pull EOBs that do not come in ERA or are not scanned or faxed from the office
    • Post and apply all patient payments received from the patient credit report DAILY
    • Enter numbers on tracking document at the end of the day/end of month
    • Ability to focus and successfully meet monthly or quarterly goals set by Management
    • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
    • Ability to prioritize workload
    • Notifies Manager of any issues related to adjustments or denials
    • Participates in professional/company development activities
    • Ensures strict confidentiality of client records
    • Meets routine deadlines and work schedules as well as timely and accurate completeness of special projects


    • Three to five years in Insurance payment posting experience in a non-hospital setting
    • Experience working in a billing service environment
    • Experience in pediatric clinical settings a plus
    • Experience with Salesforce and Google Docs
    • Knowledge of Insurance carrier payment policies, practices and amounts
    • Working knowledge and application of ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding
    • Must be comfortable working with different systems and software applications
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
    • Active listening, interpersonal written and oral communication skills needed
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws necessary
    • Be constructive in a positive way
