    TalentFleX Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively recruiting a Business Analyst for a client in the Philadelphia, PA area. The Business Analyst will support various projects, data analysis, requirements gathering, and quality assurance initiatives within the Business Solutions and Operations function. This role will report to the Director of Operations and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT Development and Salesforce.com development functions with regard to day to day as well as project related charters. 

    Responsibilities

    • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
    • Design business solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
    • Document requirements to support application design and work flow.
    • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
    • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
    • Ensure system deliverables meet business requirements by testing solutions.
    • Assist with the prioritization of initial feature development and ongoing change requests.
    • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and training end users.
    • Maintain user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • Understanding and experience with Software Development Processes and overall SDLC required.
    • 3+ years experience writing requirements, analyzing data, documenting process improvements, and authoring test plans.
    • Experience with and basic understanding of data modeling and relationships a plus.
    • Ability to learn new software platforms and implement software changes through configuration practices a plus.
    • Experience with SQL, test automation tools, and exposure to some programming languages preferred.
    • Self-starter with adept problem solving skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
    • Ability to communicate effectively across business functions within the organization.
