    Responsibilities

    • Research for candidates through internal database, online job/resume boards and referrals (lots of computer based research work).
    • Coordinate for accommodation allocation and for interviews.
    • Experience in revising Candidates resume for Marketing.
    • Following up and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
    • Source Technical Professionals through all talent acquisition channels and coordinate candidate sourcing with the same.
    • Screen candidates and conduct first round interviews to ensure their qualifications, meet open positions.
    • Coordinate and organize in-person interview roundsBuild and maintain a strong network to source candidates from various channels including referrals and not only rely on job portals, social networking sourcing and other classified job sites.
    • Demonstrate professionalism, with an eye for detail and be proactive in identifying suitable candidates within specified time frame.
    • Ability to screen, interview and recruit candidates (OPT, EAD's, GC, US Citizen) for training and creating marketing bench.
    • Utilize innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
    • Provide Daily/weekly report for submittal and candidates in process.

    Qualifications

    • 1 to 3+ years of experience in recruitment of IT professionals.
    • Ability to source US Citizen, GC, EAD, OPT, TN and H1B visa status candidates.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
    • Good Understanding in Office 360 or office tools (Microsoft Excel, word, Outlook).
    • Target oriented, self-starter and capable to work well.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize requirements.
    • Should have excellent convincing & negotiation skills.Good experience with who worked mostly on W2 (Green card and Citizens), Corp – Corp and H1 Transfers.
    • Excellent knowledge of Internet basedrecruitingtools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.).
    • Should be a self-motivator and have the ability to work independently.
