    TalentFleX Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively recruiting a Human Resources Assistant for a rapidly transforming HR department in the medical services industry client located in the Philadelphia area.  This position is face of the department and requires an upbeat friendly personality.  Minimally a 3 month position that has a strong potential to lead toward a full time direct hire postion.  Seeking qualified candidates that are able to start in this position by April 16th 2018.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    • Greet employees as they make requests from the Human Resources department
    • Answer Phones and direct calls to appropriate business partners
    • Assist Recruiting team with interview scheduling, data entering applications, on-boarding documents
    • Provide first level benefits information to employees in-person and over the phone
    • Filing, faxing, and data entry 
    • Scheduling department meetings 
    • Ad hoc projects as needed

    Qualifications

    Qualifications required:

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience supporting an HR department - preferred
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated Customer Service experience in a corporate setting
    • Trustworthy transportation
