This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact within a fast growth organization.
We are currently hiring a new team of Client Retention Specialists to focus on relationships with our existing clients to assist with contract renewals, pricing platform changes and overall improvements with our integrated insights platform solutions. This project team will work on site in the corporate office from April through September.
The Client Retention Specialist is a service professional who has a passion for helping our clients and end-user customers embrace the value of our solution platform. We seek someone with experience supporting or selling technology solutions who can enhance relationships while solving problems for clients. Reporting to the Director, Retention & Renewals, the Client Retention Specialist is responsible for delivering superior support to our clients regarding the contract renewal of our software solutions.
Training for Client Retention Specialists starts with job shadowing with peers on various stages of our sales process: outreach, implementation, and customer support. This will build an understanding of the solution from the end-user point of view. Other responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least 2 years in a sales support or customer outreach role in a SaaS, technology or B2B environment. We also seek the following competencies:
