    TalentFlex Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively supporting a Retail Technology company in need of hiring a tech savvy Client Services Representatives as the company expands its customer base. This position is a 4 month contract to hire position. The company is located in Wilmington, DE.  

     

     

    Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for handling customer service duties with Clients and consumers.  The position reports to the Director of Operations. Person must be diligent and self-motivated with attention to detail.   The ability to interact with Clients, consumers and other staff members, in a professional and confident demeanor, is essential to the position. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) are a must.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Handle level 2 customer service support for Clients and consumers (consumer & Client pre-paid / gift card escalations, rebate adjustments, etc.)
    • Data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel. Inputting & summarizing pre-paid / gift card data
    • Communicate with Clients, consumers and Call Center (written & verbal)
    • Respond to customer inquiries and providing professional, customer-centric communications via phone and email
    • Manage and route Customer Service incidents and emails
    • Learn various functional responsibilities of Client Services department
    • Recommend new processes where needed to improve quality and/or on-time service.
    • Assist with implementation and management of new programs
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
    • Excellent ability to work independently to prioritize, problem solve and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines with limited direction
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
    • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
    • 2+ years of experience with customer service inquiries in a call center or retailer environment
    • 2 or 4-year college degree or relevant work experience required
