    TalentFlex Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively supporting a Retail Technology company in need of hiring an Inside Sales/ Business Development Manager. The position will support the growth of the organization. Location is Wilmington, Delaware.

    The Inside Sales / Business Development Manager will effectively sell the company's products and services to targeted accounts in designated markets. The Inside Sales / Business Development Manager will be required to develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's services, products and marketing techniques to develop and advance pipeline and close sales. The person will be responsible to develop business relationships with targeted accounts; develop and make presentations and recommendations to potential Clients’; negotiate pricing and contracts; and prepare professional, detailed responses to Client and prospective Client inquires. The ability to interact with Clients, consumers and other staff members, in a professional and confident manner, is essential to the position. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are a must. Additional duties are described below.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop expertise of the company's service offerings in order to successfully execute inside sales / business development objectives
    • Develop comprehensive knowledge of assigned prospects & markets
    • Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
    • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building business relationships; providing information and explanations; preparing quotations.
    • Develop and Manage presentations and strategy associated with business development under direction of Sales leadership
    • Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process under direction of Sales leadership
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with sales plan as developed by Sales leadership
    • Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Sales leadership
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    • Excellent ability to prioritize, problem solve and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with Clients
    • Ability to represent ideas clearly and concisely and facilitate communications
    • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally
    • Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and opportunity management
    • Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close smaller deals
    • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of the compnay's product and service offerings
    • Ability to prepare for and manage Client meetings, field questions and identify Client needs
    • Ability work with and leverage other personnel to assist in delivering on Client commitments and resolving Client issues in a timely manner
    • Highly organized with great attention to detail
    • Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
    • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
    • High degree of professionalism
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven successful sales track record
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in related field
