TalentFleX Solutions , a Business & Technology consulting firm servicing the Mid-Atlantic, is actively supporting the hiring needs of a growing Retial Services company based in the Wilimington, DE area. Currently this company is scaling the client services team and is hiring a Jr. Account Manager. This position is 4-6 month contract to hire role with in a growing department.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for assisting with Account Management & Client Services duties, managing relationships with existing Clients and assisting with the integration of new Clients. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring that assigned Client’s maintain a high level of satisfaction with Ohana’s products and services. Person must be diligent and self-motivated with attention to detail.  The Junior Account Manager is responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with assigned Clients and interfacing with Sales, Operations and IT to ensure delivery of committed services and products.  The ability to interact with Clients, consumers and other staff members, in a professional and confident demeanor, is essential to the position. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are a must. Additional duties are described below.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist Account Managers in working with assigned Clients to understand their requirements and work on sales, project and implementation plans
  • Handling inbound and outbound Client requests while ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of information to Clients
  • Build strong Client relationships, through regular communication. Including contacting Client periodically to determine how relationship is working. When issues arise, works with the Operations, Finance and IT teams to address and resolve any issues and ensure day-to-day Client satisfaction
  • Provide day-to-day Account Management / Client service and post-sales support to Clients
  • Provide post-sales support to retain Clients, including analyzing and ensuring accurate, timely processing of Clients’ programs and services
  • Report on the status of assigned Client accounts
  • Recommend Ohana products and services to maximize Client satisfaction and growth (including promoting new product and service offerings to existing Clients)
  • Assist with the preparation of product and services quotes and Statements of Work
  • Prepare, review and analyze Client based data and reports
  • Interacting and communication with Clients via reporting, emails, conference calls, and meetings
  • Assist with Client Services duties during high volume time periods
  • Assisting with special projects and complete administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant sales role
  • 2 or 4-year college degree or relevant work experience required
  • Strong Account Management and Client services skills with a customer-centric attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent ability to work independently to prioritize, problem solve and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines with limited direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with Clients
  • Ability to represent ideas clearly and concisely and facilitate communications and solve problems
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of Ohana’s product and service offerings
  • Ability to prepare for and manage Client meetings, field questions and identify Client needs
  • Ability work with and leverage other Ohana personnel to assist in delivering on Client commitments and resolving Client issues in a timely manner
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
  • Excellent time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
