TalentFleX Solutions is actively recruiting a Human Resource Generalist for a 6 month contract-to-hire position for our rapidly growing Technology Services client located in Princeton, NJ.


This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Human Resource operations working closely with senior  management . This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, benefits administration, training, recruitment/employment/on-boarding, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.


Our client is a growing company that requires the right HR professional to assist in developing corporate culture while ensuring HR operations run smoothly and effeciently.






  • Policy development & documentation inline with the company’s vision.
  • Recruitment and selection; posts and/or advertises open positions, following posting procedures.  Conducts initial screening and coordinates interview process with the hiring manager. Coordination of recruitment efforts.
  • Responsible for the personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training.
  • Implement the on-boarding process; introduce new employees to the company through an in-depth orientation process which explains rules of conduct, employee benefits, promotional processes, mandatory safety requirements and other company policies and guidelines.
  • Administers compensation program, maintains job descriptions, completes termination paperwork, and conducts exit interviews.
  • Responsible for administrating the company's random drug screening and background checks.
  • Will be involved in performance management, working closely with senior management within the company.
  • Consults with supervisors and managers regarding employee turnover, absenteeism, changes in work settings, employee motivation and recognition, and disciplinary actions.
  • Responsible for consulting with managers and supervisors about company policies and procedures, and assisting them in their interpretation and application.
  • Responsible for Employee welfare, safety, wellness and health and counseling is an important area of work for the Human Resources Generalist and involvement in the development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees.
  • Administer all company benefit policies including enrollment, FMLA, Notifications and tracking, changes, termination, interpretation of coverage, and maintaining files and records.
  • The Human Resources Generalist is required to develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities.



  • Three to five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or related business degree. 
  • You must be extremely well-organized and methodical in your approach to problem solving, and be able to manage a filing/database system.
  • Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite for a Human Resource Generalist as you will be dealing with employees on every level.
  • You must understand the legalities of business law in relation to Human Resource and employee employment rights and how to apply them within your day-to-day work, company policy documentation and staff welfare.
  • You must be able to operate MAC, Excel, Keynote/Powerpoint, Internet Search, posting skills and be familiar with any other software pertinent to your industry.
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, and organized person capable of delivering accurate results while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Dedicated individual with good concentration skills and capable of operating under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written (memos and emails) and presentation skills.
